Lana Rhoades has been open about her regrets from her time as an adult model, especially after leaving the industry in 2020.

She once shared her tough experiences on her old podcast Three Girls One Kitchen, where she spoke honestly about the mental and emotional weight she carried from her past work.

Her words give a clear look into the less talked-about side of the industry. Lana admitted that her time there had a strong effect on her mental well-being, which still stays with her today.

One particular scene stood out for her as especially difficult.

In her own words, Lana explained that she often didn’t know how to say no in those situations.

She described the scene as so upsetting that she found herself in “denial” about what had happened.

“There was something I had to do for a scene that was really tough for me,” she shared. “I even tried to talk to a therapist about it. During the scene, the actor did things that were very hard for me to handle, and I just didn’t know how to refuse.”

This was just one example from a series of troubling experiences that eventually led Lana to step away from the industry altogether.

Looking back, she feels leaving was one of the best choices she’s made.

Since then, Lana has found both mental peace and financial growth.

While speaking on the YouTube show BFFs with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards, she revealed that her earnings in the industry were much lower than many assume. “When I stopped working, I only had about $100,000 in my bank account,” she said. “Now, I’m a multi-millionaire.”

She has since built a successful career on platforms like OnlyFans and Instagram.

Lana shared that she sometimes earns up to $30,000 for a single Instagram post, but most of her income comes from OnlyFans, where she makes around $100,000 per month from subscribers.

She hopes to advise others who might be considering the industry, reminding them that there are better and safer ways to succeed.
